Princess Anne gears up for annual Street Fest

Ocean City isn't the only place this weekend preparing for some fun in the sun, Princess Anne is also kicking off their annual Street Fest.
It's an event put on by the Princess Anne Chamber of Commerce, an event that calls for great music, dancing in the streets, and over thirty vendors selling local products.
This year the festival will also be filled with balloons, bubbles even clowns and we're told it's a great way to kick off the summer months and bring people to the town.
"We love having people downtown in Princess Anne so they can see our beautiful downtown with all the historic buildings, visit our shops, have lunch have, a bite to eat. It's just great to get the community together but then it also brings in people from outside of the region as well," explains Main Street Princess Anne Manager Carrie Samis.
Street Fest is happening this Saturday and will be going on from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It's important to note that the downtown streets will be blocked off for this fun-filled event so make sure you plan accordingly.
