Missing Dover man: Albert Baldwin

Police are searching for a missing man after they say he was last seen on Wednesday morning, in Delaware.

The Dover Police Department says on Wednesday, around 10:00 AM, a gold alert was issued for 42-year-old Albert Baldwin, of Dover. Police say Baldwin was was last seen in the area of 600 West Division Street on Wednesday morning. 

According to the report, Baldwin has since made statements that are concerning in regards to his health and safety. Police report that he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black t-shirt, and black jeans.
