Police say two people were inside a vehicle when it crashed into a Salisbury building, on Tuesday morning.

The Salisbury Police Department says on Tuesday, around 10:30 AM, a single vehicle with two occupants crashed into a business on Roland Street called Walkys Sam's Market. Police say an elderly woman was the driver of the vehicle.

The neighbor who works next door, Rosa Hernandez, was cleaning when she felt the entire store shake and heard a lot of noise.

At first she thought it was an earthquake but when she stepped outside, Hernandez saw a car with a pile of rubble all around it.

According to the report, building inspectors are coming to inspect damages to the property. Police say impairment is not a factor in this incident.

No injuries were reported in this incident. This crash remains under investigation.
