Police say they have identified a Maryland man after his body was found in a Queen Anne's County waterway, on Tuesday.

The Maryland Department of Natural Resources Police says on Tuesday,  just after 1:50 PM, they found the body of a missing boater in the Chester River. Police say the man fell from a 42 Ft. cabin cruiser, in Queen Anne's County. Officials report that two other passengers on the boat were unharmed.

On Wednesday, authorities say the victim was identified as 70-year-old Hugh Randolph Smallwood, of Baltimore. Smallwood's body will apparently be taken to the Medical Examiner's Office in Baltimore for an autopsy.

Maryland State Police, the Mid-Atlantic United States Coast Guard, Trooper 6, and Queen Anne's County Fire boat assisted in the search, on Tuesday.
