Salisbury barbershop looks to give back to local youth

This Friday you could get a fresh new look and help out youth in the area.

On April 20th, Eric Ludwig's Downtown Barbershop will be donating 5 dollars from every cut to HALO, a local shelter.

That money will be used to purchase clothing, school supplies, and toiletries for children in need.

The owner says this is one way of doing their part and giving back to the community.

"One of my guy's his wife  goes to Salisbury University, her group is working with  HALO, and I decided to jump in and throw my hat in their and help out," says Eric Ludwig, the owner.

The event will take place this Friday at 9 AM. The shop will remain open past it's normal business hours to get as many haircuts in as possible.
