Md. teens arrested in connection with property destruction incidents

Several Hurlock teens were arrested after police say they were responsible for property destruction incidents which included cutting tires.

The Hurlock Police Department says on Thursday, officers responded to the area of Noble Street and Commerce Street in reference to vehicle tires being cut. After further investigation, police say two 14-year-old Hurlock teens were arrested in connection with the incident. 

On that same day, police say they responded to the Hurlock Ball Park in reference to the portable toilets being turned over and the concession stand being entered. Officer report that candy and baseballs were taken. According to the report, four Hurlock teens were arrested in connection with the investigation.

The three 14-year-olds and one 16-year-old were charged with breaking and entering, theft and malicious destruction of property. Authorities say two of the teens were arrested earlier for malicious destruction of property of tires.

 The juveniles were released to parents and referred to Juvenile Services.
