Felton man arrested for assault
Police in Sussex County arrested a Felton man after he assaulted a person in front of child on Sunday.
Police say that 25-year-old Shaquel Bowe was at the Silver Lake Estates in Milford, when he got in an argument with the victim.
During the argument, Bowe allegedly pulled the victim's hair and shoved the victim, while a child was near-by.
Police say Bowe was ordered not to be on the property of Silver Lake Estates and also had an active no contact order with the victim.
Investigators found him at a home in Felton where he was arrested and charged with offensive touching, Criminal Trespass 3rd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, among other charges.
47 ABC has learned that Bowe is scheduled to appear at the Kent County Family Court tomorrow for a bail review.
