Cambridge showing new job opportunities through Facebook posts

In Cambridge, city officials are taking a unique approach to show what jobs are available in Dorchester County. 

On Facebook, they're doing something called 'Wednesday at Work'. Every Wednesday, their Facebook page will post job openings.

Cambridge's Economic Development team decided to pull this information from the Maryland Workforce Exchange to show the job opportunities available. 

Brandon Henson, the Assistant Director of Economic Development says, "We're really trying to keep up with it and make people aware that its a growing job market in the county and some of the perception is that there isn't much job opportunities. In reality, there is hundreds of them out there, it's whether or not if you're qualified or suit you or not but it's my belief that if we keep putting this information out there we're going to give people the right connections they need."
