Caesar Rodney High School receives guardian booth to instill safety

Caesar Rodney High School won't stop at any measure to ensure safety on their school grounds.
Senator Colin Bonini helped the school get a brand new guardian booth. The Republican Senator had a connection with the company who made them and when he learned they were donating 10 across the country, he requested that Caesar Rodney be a recipient.
For now, the booth will stand at the entrance of the school stadium and will establish security when you walk in.
It can be used as a command post, a ticket booth or even a hub where police officers can meet.
Officials say with their extensive renovation and expanding projects, the mobility of this booth will be even more significant.
The principal Sherry Kijowski says they are always looking to find ways to increase security and this is just one more tool. And this is something new for the high school, so in addition to monitoring the area, they will find a variety of other ways to utilize the booth moving forward.
