Attack Addiction donates Narcan to Lewes Police Department

In Sussex County, a non-profit is helping law enforcement in their fight against the opioid epidemic with a donation of naloxone.
The Lewes Police Department says they received 14 doses of the life saving drug, that reverses the effects on an overdose from atTAck Addiction.
They add the donation couldn't have come a better time because their existing supply had recently expired in March.
Police Chief Tom Spell says they've been carrying Narcan for over a year and just two weeks ago, they had their first Narcan use and saved an overdosed victim.
