Wicomico County seeks arbitration

Wicomico County and the city of Salisbury are at odds, and for now the county is seeking arbitration. 

47 ABC learned from those with knowledge of the action that it stems from a 2011 and 2012 disagreement.

Mayor Jake Day says that the sides are talking and adds that it is in the taxpayers' best interest to have the government working for them saying that they can do that by putting old issues to bed. 

Day also says "We have no doubt that these issues will be resolved that pre-dated either current city or county administration."
