Three arrested in connection with Georgetown drug investigation

Three people are facing multiple charges including endangering the welfare of a child after police say drugs were found during a search of a Georgetown residence.
The Georgetown Police Department says on Thursday, detectives executed a search warrant at a residence on Old Laurel Road relating to a two month long drug investigation.
According to the report, police recovered approximately 2,209 grams of marijuana, 52 mg of suboxone, and drug paraphernalia.
29-year-old David McCabe, 38–year-old John O'Connor, and 33-year-old Amber Stewart, all of Georgetown, were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiracy, possession of a controlled counterfeit substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
All three individuals were turned over to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of secured bond.
