St. Thomas More outlasts Sussex Central, advances to DIAA Quarterfinals

The Sussex Central Golden Knights looked to advance to the DIAA quarterfinals for the first time since the 2014-2015 season however St. Thomas More Academy came prepared.

The Ravens opened the game on an 18-4 run and headed into the half with a 30-21 lead. 

The second half however was a different story. The Golden Knights began to make a push and cut the deficit to just two with under five seconds to play.

Central would find themselves with the ball on the final possession but the Golden Knights could not manage to move up the court as time expired. 

St. Thomas More holds on at home, topping Sussex Central 42-40.
