Multiple arrests made in drug/gun investigation

Police in Delaware have arrested multiple people in connection to a drug and firearm investigation that resulted in the arrest of a Texas man on Thursday. 

26 year old Carlos Feliciano-Concepcion, was arrested Thursday March 15th, following a traffic stop which revealed his involvement in the sale and distribution of drugs, including heroin, and firearms in Milford.

Following the traffic stop a search of his the residence on Causey Ave was conducted by  Sussex Governor's Task Force, U.S. Marshals, Sussex Drug Unit, the Milford Police Department, and Delaware State Police Aviation Unit. Authorities recovered an AK style rifle and sawed off shotgun.

Milford Police Department Drug Unit with the assistance of the Milford Police Department Criminal Investigations Division and Patrol Division also executed a search warrant at a residence in the 300 Block of Carlisle Lane where they had received an initial tip about Feliciano-Concepcion's drug and firearm activity before the traffic stop. Police then recovered another loaded handgun and marijuana. 

Two subjects were also found inside the home during the search, 22- year old Gilbert Javier Merced-Rodriguez and 24 year old Amilcar Jose Merced-Centeno. 

Police also located 29 year old Clarisell Amaro all of Milford along with a 5 month old infant.

Merced-Rodriguez and Jose Merced-Centeno were taken into custody both are charged with with Manufactures, Delivers, Or Possesses With Intent To Manufacture, Deliver A Controlled Substance, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, and Endangering The Welfare Of A Child.  

Investigators also obtained a warrant for Clarisell Amaro for Manufactures, Delivers, Or Possesses With Intent To Manufacture, Deliver A Controlled Substance, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, and Endangering The Welfare Of A Child.

Amaro turned herself into the Milford Police Department on Friday March 16th. 

All three have been released on bail.

Investigation is still ongoing in reference to Feliciano-Concepcion and the drug and firearms located at the home on Causey Ave.
