Delmarva Power responding to power outages with second Nor’easter

Also keeping an eye out on the weather are crews from Delmarva Power

The electric company tells us they have people working around the clock as they continue to monitor this weather event.

Delmarva Power has received hundred of reports of outages  The majority of them coming from the northern counties.

The company asks residents to report down power lines and to plan to relocate if they lose power or heat.

"Sometimes when the power does go out people lose their heat. We don't want you to use your oven as a heat source and never connect your generator directly to your home's wiring system, never use the generator indoors or an attached garage," says Nick Morici, from Delmarva Power.
