Wicomico County lifts snow emergency plan

Wicomico County is lifting it's snow emergency plan, meaning everyone is allowed back onto the roads.

Officials say even though the plan has been lifted you should still drive with caution.

They suggest giving yourself extra time to get to your destination and letting friends and family know your travel plans. They also add that if your car gets stuck, call the police for help.

We spoke to Wicomico County residents who say even though roads look much better, conditions are still rough.

Robert Massey, a Wicomico County local said, "It's still a little rough, but I commend the community and the town they're doing a good job at cleaning it up but it's still a little difficult to get around I feel for the older people because I know it's kind of hard for them to get out of the house."
