Two arrested in connection to domestic incident in Harrington

Two people were arrested, after police say they were involved in a domestic incident, in Harrington. A knife and mace were reportedly used in threats during the incident.
The Harrington Police Department says on Sunday, officers responded to the first block of North Street for a reported domestic dispute in progress. Once on scene, police learned that 20-year-old Paige Knotts and 24-year-old Deon Jarvis, both of Harrington, were apparently involved in a verbal argument.
According to the report, during the argument, Jarvis grabbed a knife and threatened Knotts, who then grabbed a bottle of mace and threatened Jarvis. No one was injured in the incident.
Authorities say Jarvis and Knotts were taken into custody. Jarvis was charged with one count of aggravated menacing, and Knotts was charged with one count of menacing.
Jarvis was later released on a $5,000 unsecured bond and Knotts was charged with a $250 unsecured bond.
