One man dead and one woman injured in Cambridge shooting

A shooting remains under investigation, after police say the incident left one man dead and a one woman injured, in Cambridge.

The Cambridge Police Department says on Tuesday, at 2:40 PM, officers responded to 803 Wood Duck Court for a reported shooting. Once on scene, police say they found 34-year-old Sharod Ileak Mack, of Cambridge, dead from a gunshot wound.  

Authorities report that a female victim was also found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. She was then taken to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment.
