Mobile home considered total loss after fire in Long Neck; no one injured

Officials say that no one was injured after a mobile home fire happened in Long Neck, on Thursday morning.

According to the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company, officials responded to a fully involved fire at a mobile home, at 10:07 AM on Broad Water Drive.

Officials say that no one was injured and that no one was home; however, the house is a total loss after the blaze.

The fire took 35 minutes to control. The Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the cause of the blaze.

Firefighters say that units from Lewes, Millsboro and Dagsboro also assisted.
