Harrington woman arrested for reportedly assaulting, threatening to kill victim

Police say that a Harrington woman was arrested, after officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute, on Sunday.
While on patrol at 8:20 a.m., police responded to a home in the 500 block of Messicks Road, for a report of a disagreement. When police arrived, they contacted a male victim and 33-year-old Karlajo Bales of Harrington. Police then determined that the two were involved in an argument.
During the argument, Bales reportedly assaulted the victim and threatened to kill him. Police took Bales into custody and transported her to the Harrington Police Department for processing. She was charged with terroristic threatening and offensive touching.
She was arraigned via video phone at Justice of the Peace Court seven and released on unsecured bond pending a future court appearance.
