Greats return to WiHi for Alumni Basketball Showcase

Some of the program's best players a part of 5 different decades got together on Saturday afternoon in the first ever Wi-Hi basketball alumni showcase.

Fans packed the Waller Dome to see some of their favorite players from the past take the court once again. There we're hundreds of fans at the first time event–which was centered around raising money for the basketball program.

Teams from as far back as the 70's participated in the actual games, with the main showcase game being the Class of 2002-WiHi's only state championship team- up against the Class of 1997.

The one constant for everyone who's come thru the program has been head coach Butch Waller, now in his 51st season.
