Dover Police: Heroin, cocaine found in drug investigation; five charged
Five people are facing drug charges, after police say they seized heroin, cocaine, and marijuana as a result of a Dover drug investigation.
The Dover Police Department says on Wednesday, at 2:30 PM, officers were assisted State of Delaware Probation and Parole in arresting five people, ending a lengthy drug investigation. Police say the executed a search warrant at 43 S. Kirkwood Street.
According to the report, 33 bags of heroin, .1 grams of crack cocaine, .3 grams of cocaine, seven grams of marijuana, and a loaded .32 caliber handgun were seized as a result of the search.
Authorities report that the following people were arrested: 41-year-old Lisa Skinner; 31-year-old Timothy Morefield; 35-year-old Jackie Troise; 30-year-old Juan Alicea, of Dover; and 31-year-old Dustin Skinner, of Dover.
41-year-old Skinner, Morefield, and Troise were issued a criminal summons of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Alicea was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession with intent to deliver heroin (Tier 1 Qty), possession of crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia. He was then turned over to James T Vaughn Correctional Center on a $8,500 bond.
Dustin Skinner was charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by person prohibited, possession of firearm during commission of felony, possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. He was then turned over to James T Vaughn Correctional Center on a $38,500 bond.
