Dover man convicted for role in 2017 robbery, assault

A man will spend over the next six decades in prison, after authorities say he was involved in the robbery and assault of an elderly woman, in Dover.
The Delaware Department of Justice says 51-year-old Ronald Keis, of Dover, was found guilty on charges of robbery first degree, home invasion, and assault second degree in a bench trial by a Superior Court judge. The charges stem from an incident that happened in February 2017 in Dover.
At that time, Keis broke into an elderly woman's home, on Hickory Dale Drive, and robbed and assaulted her.
The 51-year-old was sentenced to 68 years in prison.
