Delmarva Shorebirds Celebrate 2018 Hot Stove Banquet
The Delmarva Shorebirds celebrated their 2018 Hot Stove Banquet Thursday night at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center.
Over 100 people were in attendance to meet members of the Shorebirds front office, coaching staff, and special guest Mychal Givens.
Givens played for the Baltimore Orioles low 'A' affiliate from 2010-2013 and was called up to the majors in the summer of 2015.
The Shorebirds enter 2018 coming off a rocky season, going just 59-78 and finishing 7th in the South Atlantic League.
The organization will also have a new manager heading into the season. Buck Britton was announced as the Shorebirds Manager at the event Thursday night.
