UPDATE: Wanted MCCC inmate surrenders in Del.

A walk-away inmate is currently in custody, after officials say he turned himself in to authorities, in Dover.
The Department of Corrections says on Monday, 22-year-old Quentrae Carroll turned himself in to the Morris Community Correctional Center (MCCC), in Dover.
According to authorities, he is awaiting arraignment at Justice of the Peace Court 7, before being committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on an escape after conviction warrant. DOC officials say Carroll was wanted for not returning to MCCC from an approved work pass, on Friday.
