UPDATE: Wanted MCCC inmate in custody after walking away in Dover

An inmate is in custody, after authorities say he was arrested for not returning to a correctional facility from an approved job seeking pass, in Dover.

The Delaware Department of Correction says on December 23, 27-year-old Antoine Henderson, an inmate at Morris Community Correctional Center (MCCC) in Dover, was taken into custody buy Delaware State Police Troop 7. Henderson was wanted for not returning to MCCC from an approved job seeking pass on July 18.

Officials say Henderson was serving time for criminal non-support.

He is currently being held without bail at the Sussex Correctional Institution on a violation of Probation in addition to new charges of criminal non-support, criminal impersonation, and resisting arrest.
