Two sought in connection to armed robbery at Dover pharmacy

Police are searching for two suspects, after officers say they robbed a pharmacy on Christmas Eve, in Dover.

The Dover Police Department says on Sunday, just before 10:00 PM, two people went into the Walgreen's, on Forrest Avenue, and proceeded to the pharmacy in the back of the store. Once in the back of the store, officers say the suspects jumped the counter, displayed a firearm, and demanded pain pills from a pharmacy employee.

The employee reportedly gave the suspects undisclosed products. The suspects then fled from the store.

This incident remains under investigation by Dover PD.
