Revenue forecast updated ahead of budget proposal in Del.

(AP) – A state panel is updating Delaware's official government revenue forecast as Gov. John Carney's administration prepares to roll out a proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
Monday's update will be the final one issued by the Delaware Economic and Financial Advisory Council before Carney unveils his budget proposal for fiscal 2019 in mid-January.
At its previous meeting in September, the panel boosted the current year's revenue estimate by about $31 million compared to June's projections.
Increased estimates for personal income tax, business entity fees and abandoned property collections also led the council to bump up its revenue estimate for fiscal year 2019, which starts July 1, by $63 million.
