Milford Police: Man forges document from doctor for positive test result

A Bridgeville man was arrested, after police say he forged a document from a doctor to use in a court proceeding, in Delaware.
The Milford Police Department says on Wednesday, 40-year-old Cameron Carlisle, of Bridgeville, was arrested in connection to a forgery investigation regarding a forged document from an area doctor.
According to Milford PD, Carlisle altered a document from his doctor to use in court as a reason for a positive result from a drug test. He is charged with forgery third degree and falsifying business records.
Carlisle was issued $2,000 unsecured bail. The 40-year-old is schedule to appear at the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas for an arraignment in January.
