Deputies: Garage blaze causes $130k in damage in Salisbury

A garage fire remains under investigation, after officials say the fire caused $130,000 in damages, in Salisbury.

According to the Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office, on Saturday, 26 Hebron firefighters responded to a blaze that happened on Mary Jane Drive, at 6:00 AM.

Deputies say that the fire was located at a two-story detached wood frame garage. The estimated loss of the garage is $80,000, while the estimated loss of contents is $50,000.

The blaze took an hour to control and it was discovered by a passerby. The fire began inside of the first floor garage.
