Christmas weekend racks in record number of travelers at Salisbury’s airport

We're just three days away from Christmas and the holiday travel frenzy is already kicking in all over the country as tens of millions of Americans are heading out of town for Christmas.

Salisbury Regional Airport, where it doesn't look busy, they're even seeing a record number of bookings. 

Airport Manager Dawn Veatch tells us every flight this weekend is completely booked, making it one of the busiest weekends for them this year. 

But Salisbury isn't the only city filling up flights. 

There's a map showing all the flights across the U.S., it's so packing with planes you can't even make out what's underneath.

So if you're planning on traveling by air this weekend, don't forget to plan ahead, check for delays and definitely give yourself plenty of time to get through security.
