Police: Two people injured in Roxana crash

Officials say that two people were injured after a crash in Roxana, on Thursday afternoon.

According to the Roxana Fire Department, officials responded to a two vehicle crash at 12:29 PM, on Thursday afternoon on Roxana Road.

A man and a woman were taken to local hospitals for non-life threatening injuries, after firefighters rescued them. Officials say that one vehicle t-boned another, but it's unclear why.

Millville Volunteer Fire Department reportedly assisted with the rescue.  The cause of the crash is under investigation. The road was closed for 30 minutes.
