Police: Dover man arrested after search finds 24 grams of marijuana in his vehicle in Milford

Police say that a Dover man was arrested after marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found in his vehicle during a traffic stop on Saturday, in Milford.
According to Milford Police, on Monday morning at 3:36 AM, an officer saw a Honda Civic being driven on North DuPont Boulevard, (U.S. Route 113) with an expired registration. A stop of that vehicle reportedly led to the officer stopping the vehicle smelling suspected marijuana.
After investigation, a search of the vehicle reportedly led to 24.3 grams of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia being found.
26-year-old Roschon Simpson of Dover, was taken into custody and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, expired tags and driving while suspended or revoked.
Simpson was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #7 where bail was set at $210 unsecured.
Simpson was set to appear at the Kent County Court of Common Pleas on December 20 for an arraignment.
