Medicine reportedly stolen in Talbot Co. burglary; one charged

A man was arrested, after police say he took medicine from an apartment, in Easton.

The Easton Police Department says on Tuesday, 33-year-old Dwite Thompson, of Easton, went into a friend's apartment, in the 600 block of Dover Road, and stole medication with a value of $100-$1,500, in Talbot County.

Officers report that Thompson was arrested on Thursday, in connection to the incident.

According to authorities, Thompson is charged with burglary in the first degree and theft $100-$1,500 value. He was later released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.
