DE Tolls make over $3 million during Thanksgiving

DelDOT officials say that over 1 million motorists traveled through the state's toll plazas during the holiday.

The count was taken over the five day Thanksgiving holiday travel period, from Wednesday to Sunday.

1,200,235 vehicle trips were totaled at the I-95 Newark Plaza, SR 1 Biddles Corner and Dover Plazas.

Over $3 million dollars in revenue were collected at the  first state's toll plazas during the holiday travel period.
