UPDATE: Wanted Bridgeville woman surrenders after stabbing incident

A woman turned herself in to authorities, after they say she was wanted in connection to a stabbing incident, in Seaford.
Delaware State Police say on Saturday, around 11:40 AM, 32-year-old Shantae Cannon, of Bridgeville, was involved in a domestic related assault that happened in the 25000 block of Haven Drive, in Seaford. According to the report, Cannon was engaged in a verbal altercation with a 38-year-old man from Seaford. Troopers say the altercation turned physical in which Cannon stabbed the victim with a butcher knife in his middle torso. Authorities say the victim was transported to an area hospital by personal vehicle, where he was admitted with non-life threatening injures.
According to law enforcement, on Tuesday, Cannon turned herself in at Troop 4 in Georgetown. Cannon was charged with assault first degree-(intentional serious injury-weapon dangerous
instrument) and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony. She was later turned over to Baylor Women's Correctional Institute on a $20,000 secured bond.
