UPDATE: Virginia victim identified after fatal crash in Fenwick Island

Authorities say a Virginia man has been identified, after he was killed in a fatal crash, in Fenwick Island.
Delaware State Police say on Monday, 24-year-old Austin Powell, of Suffolk, VA, was identified as the victim involved in a crash that happened on Thursday night, in Fenwick Island.
According the the report, around 11:00 PM, Powell was hit by a 2003 Ford pick up as the truck was traveling southbound on Coastal Highway, approaching South Croppers Circle in the right lane. Authorities say Powell was standing on the right edge of the right travel lane directly in the path of the truck. Powell was apparently hit by the front right of the truck and thrown onto the southbound shoulder. The truck reportedly continued driving for approximately one mile before stopping in the Sunrise Shopping Plaza, in Fenwick Island.
Powell was pronounced dead at the scene.
The DSP Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this crash.
