UPDATE: Houston woman identified after fatal Kent Co. crash

Troopers say they have identified a 58-year-old woman who died after being involved in a fatal crash, in Kent County.
Delaware State Police say 58-year-old Patricia Rolling, of Houston, was identified as the driver of the Kia Spectra involved in a fatal crash, in Little Heaven.
According to troopers, on Monday, around 6:00 AM, Rolling was driving northbound on Bay Road ( SR1) , just north of Mulberrie Point Road, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed the center median and began to spin counter-clockwise before entering the southbound lanes. At that point, authorities say a 36-year-old Dover man was driving a Hyundai Santa Fe in the same vicinity and was unable to avoid hitting the Kia on the right passenger side. The car was apparently pushed southbound after the impact, and came to a stop on the right shoulder of the southbound lanes.Troopers say the Santa Fe continued a short distance southbound and rotated counter-clockwise before coming to a stop.
Authorities say Rolling was removed from the scene and taken to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital (KGH) where she was pronounced dead.
Law enforcement says both drivers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
The crash remains under investigation by the DSP Collision Reconstruction Team.
