The Salisbury School gets into fall spirit by hosting scarecrow competition

The Salisbury School campus is getting into the fall spirit and dressing up for the season.

It's a fundraising project for seniors.

Families created 45 different types of scarecrows to showcase them in front of the school.

Each one unique. Some are traditional, others are characters from movies.

A parent donated all the wood and hay to create these scarecrows.

On Friday, students will vote on their favorite one to decide the winner.

We are told they enjoy projects like these because students can use their imagination.

The senior class has organized this competition to raise funds for their class trip at the end of the year.

This is the first year the school has hosted this but it is something they hope to continue.
