Safe stolen in Dover burglary; Investigation ongoing

A burglary remains under investigation, after police say suspects stole a safe from a home, in Dover.

The Dover Police Department says between 7:00 AM on Tuesday and 9:00 PM on Thursday, a burglary happened in the 900 block of Lincoln Street, in Dover. According to the report, during that time, an unknown suspects entered a home through a basement window and removed a safe that held an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect apparently then fled the area.
