Police investigate fatal accident on Coastal Highway

Delaware State Police are investigating a fatal motor vehicle crash on Coastal Highway, in the area of Old Landing Road, in Rehoboth.

The initial investigation has determined that the crash occurred just before 8:00 PM Wednesday evening involving a car and a pedestrian.

The pedestrian has been declared dead at the scene.

47ABC spoke with police who say that the roads are back open in the area.
