Man allegedly had hidden scale in his underwear during Salisbury traffic stop

A man was arrested, after deputies say he had a digital scale hidden in his underwear during a traffic stop, in Salisbury.
The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office says on Tuesday, at 1:35 AM, a deputy was investigating the occupants of a vehicle that was pulled over for an equipment violation, in the area of Route 50 at Gateway Street, in Salisbury. Authorities say the deputy noticed the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. According to the report, during a pat down of one of the occupants, deputies discovered that 19-year-old Elijah Dutton-Fooks, of Salisbury, had hidden a digital scale in his underwear. Law enforcement reports that the deputy recovered the scale along with marijuana in excess of 10 grams and a small amount of cocaine.
Dutton-Fooks was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of CDS (cocaine), and possession of CDS (xanax). He was later released on personal recognizance.
