DSP: Over 11,000 bags of heroin found inside chicken box in Dover

A man is facing drug charges, after troopers say they found over 11,000 bags of heroin inside a chicken box during a traffic stop, in Dover.
Delaware State Police say on Tuesday, around 1:08 PM, a trooper clocked a white passenger car traveling above the posted 25 MPH speed limit, approaching the toll plaza on State Route 1 southbound, in Dover. Authorities then apparently pulled over the vehicle.
According to the report, during the traffic stop, a trooper identified 37-year-old Vincent Clark, of Lansdowne, PA, and noticed an odor of marijuana coming from inside the car. A computer check revealed that Clark's license was suspended. Authorities say during a search of the vehicle, they found 11,115 bags (77.805 grams) of heroin, and .16 grams of marijuana inside a chicken box.
Clark was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance in a tier 5 quantity (heroin), possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid license, and speeding.
He was later turned over to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on a $40,302 secured bond.
