47 ABC takes on Wizard of Oz corn maze

Although it might look like this corn maze is in Kansas, it's the furthest thing from it.
This Wizard of Oz themed corn maze is right in the heart of Delaware at Fifer Orchards.
"We've been doing it for 13 years now and I think the corn maze is now the center of our fall activities, it's kind of the center piece if you will," says Mike Fennemore, a family farmer at Fifer.
So of course, 47 ABC had to try out this fall favorite.
All they say to do is follow the yellow brick road, which seems easy enough.
"Our goal is for people to get through it in 45 minutes to an hour."
But It's never been so hard to follow the yellow brick road. Since this yellow brick road is six acres.
"It's challenging, but not too challenging."
But finding your way through this maze isn't the only difficult task, making this all possible is another.
"We come up with a theme first, do the image and then we cut it out usually in middle of July," Mike continues, "It's basically a big connect the dots, so we're cutting out the corn when it's only five, six inches tall."
But they say the work is worth the many memories made.
"We're all kids at heart so that's what we like to see the parents with a big smile on their face and their kids watching them just having a good time together."
Fifer Orchard also has pick your own apples and pumpkins along with a lot of fun games for the whole family and all these festivities are taking place until the first week of November.
