Woman arrested on DUI charges after leaving Wicomico Co. school

A woman is facing DUI charges, after deputies say she was driving under the influence with a minor in the vehicle, in Hebron.
The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office says on Monday, around 2:15 PM, deputies received a report about an intoxicated driver that previously left a county school. According to the report, deputies pulled over the vehicle on Route 50, in the area of Ocean Gateway and White Lowe Road, in Hebron, where they noticed a traffic violation. Deputies say the driver was identified as 39-year-old Tara Taylor, of Mardela Springs. Officials report that a minor was in the vehicle during the stop.
According to authorities, Taylor had been drinking. Law enforcement reports that Taylor failed the sobriety tests that were issued, and was then arrested.
Taylor is charged with driving while under the influence, driving under the influence while transporting a minor, and other related traffic charges.
