UPDATE: Pittsville teen arrested in connection to Berlin property damage investigation

Police say they have arrested an additional teen, after police say he shot at an occupied vehicle and caused over $500 in damages, in Worcester County.

The Berlin Police Department says on Wednesday, officers arrested 18-year-old Kory Causey, of Pittsville, in connection with the investigation involving teens using BB and pellet guns to shoot at occupied vehicles and damaged other property, in Berlin.

According to the report, on August 21, Causey used an air gun to shoot at an occupied vehicle traveling north on Flower Street, near Showell Street. Police say the vehicle was struck at the back right passenger door, causing damage that exceeded $500.

Causey was charged with reckless endangerment, malicious destruction of property (MDOP), and assault second degree.
