Police: Man dies after single vehicle crash in Westover

Police say that they are investigating a serious single vehicle crash in Westover on Thursday afternoon.

According to Maryland State Police, at 11:46 AM on Thursday afternoon, troopers responded to a serious single vehicle crash on Rehobeth Road and George Riggins Road.

Police say that a man was the driver of that vehicle and that he was pronounced dead. The road was closed, but it has since re-opened.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
