Police: Injuries reported in crash involving a school bus in Milton

Police say that they are currently on the scene of a serious crash, north of Milton, on Wednesday afternoon.

According to Delaware State Police, around 3:30 PM on Wednesday afternoon, troopers responded to a crash at the intersection of Northbound Coastal Highway (SR 1) and Reynolds Road, that involves a car and a school bus.

Injuries have been reported in the crash, but the exact number and seriousness of the injuries is unknown at this time. SR 1 northbound is currently closed in the area. Drivers should expect delays in the area and find other routes of travel.
