Milton home shooting remains under investigation

A shooting remains under investigation, after troopers say someone shot a home while three people were sleeping inside, in Milton.

Delaware State Police say on Tuesday, around 1:00 AM, troopers responded to the 19000 block of Cool Spring Road for a report of shots fired. Once on scene, troopers learned from the homeowner that there were multiple gunshots fired at their house.

According to the report, several bullet holes were located on the outside and inside of the home where three adults were sleeping at the time. The two men and one woman were not injured. Authorities say there are no suspects at this time.
