One injured after Seaford shooting; investigation ongoing

In Seaford, police are investigating a shooting that happened at an apartment complex, injuring one person.

The Seaford Police Department says that on Thursday they responded to Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, just after 9:30 PM, for reports of a 23-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to the leg. According to the report, a shooting happened at Chandler Heights apartment complex. Police say the victim was treated and released from the hospital.

Authorities say that the suspect is unknown, and this investigation is ongoing.
